Whenever we collect waste grease from grease traps, we transport it to an Anaerobic Digestion Facility where it is used to create energy!

At the processing plant, microorganisms break down the food waste and produce biogas. The biogas is converted into electricity and supplied to the grid to power homes and businesses.
